November 7 (Sunday) - The 31st Annual Hansen Dam All British Ride, aka “… the best ride by a dam site”.: Called one of the country’s biggest classic bike happenings by Cycle World. Last year’s event attracted around 800 bikes, mostly British. Same meeting place as last year, get off the 210 at Osborne as usual, then go west about ¾ of a mile on Foothill Blvd. and south (left if you are going west) onto Osborne for about ¼ mile. Enter the park at Dronfield. Go down the hill to the southwest corner of the dam. Click Here to view map!!! Gates open at 8 am, get there early for coffee, donuts etc. Ride leaves at 10 am, returning around 1:30 pm for ride pin distribution (free to British mounted riders) and show bike awards in six categories. Just another reason how government in California, and in other states in general, are so out of touch with the American public. There are so many other serious problems that are affecting the multitudes, but instead some goofy legislator (FRAN PAVLEY) is going to save us from all of the EVILS of the world. It's soooo important to pass laws to outlaw everything from costume jewelry to 1 ply toilet paper. GET A LIFE -DUMB ASS!

People who know nothing about motorcycles should not be given the ability to legislate anything against them.

I KNOW IT'S SUNDAY, BUT THINK ABOUT IT

I typically tend to keep my political thoughts to myself. I realize everyone in this country is entitled to their own, and I'd like to think that as Americans we will stand shoulder to shoulder when someone tries to take our freedoms away.

I don't trust the main steam media because it's run by a bunch of rich F_ _ _ _ _ S that like to to pit us against each other just to have something to report. Think about it. If their's no drama, there's no news. If there's no news, they can't sell commercial time - SICK.

With that said, I believe that you should have a choice on how you want to spend your money. The government has demonstrated (over and over) they are no good at it. So why should we let them decide how to run our lives when it comes to our health care? It's not only about the money, it's about giving up your rights. We all know Freedom is not free, but this is getting out of hand. Don't you think?

MAKING UP FOR MONDAY

I don't like to use the word "epic", it's used way too much, so I won't. However, the Pismo Beach Classic Rally was in a word "FUN". The ride was amazing and made me really want to devise something to enable me to take pictures while riding.

Had to Work Friday so I missed some of the debauchery between two very unlikely bike clubs. It became very obvious to me that the times are a changing. The "young guns" are definitely making their mark and showing us grey beards (in my case half a grey beard) how to put on events. Oh yea, they party like devils. Two kegs of PBR in the bedroom and music blaring for most of the weekend, and that was at the hotel!
